What's included in the package:
- A declaration of address is required to sign a short-term lease agreement. Learn more about the declaration.
- Submission to voluntary enforcement under Art. 777 k.p.c. Items 4 and 5 at the Notary Public’s Office.
How it works:
- First, fill out the form by entering the relevant information, such as: the first and last name of the owner(s) of the rental property, the exact address of the rental property, and the first and last name of the tenant(s).
- We will email you a statement of address signed by our company, which owns the property.
- Please send us the signed lease agreement to office@najem-okazjonalny.com along with a suggested date when you can come to the Notary Public’s office to undergo the enforcement proceedings. Without the signed agreement, we cannot schedule an appointment with the Notary Public.
- We will email you the appointment time for your visit to the notary and ask you to confirm it. If you need a certified translator because you do not understand Polish, you must ask the translator to come to the notary’s office at the specified time. The tenant is responsible for scheduling the appointment and covering the cost.
- Be sure to bring a statement of address and the original signed lease agreement to the notary.

Filling out the form
After placing your order, please fill out the form with the following information: 1. Full name of the property owner 2. Address of the rental apartment 3. Full name of the tenant (a link to this information will be visible on the page you are redirected to after completing your payment; you will also receive it immediately via email). If you are adding an addendum to a short-term lease agreement, please include this information when placing your order.
Waiting for a statement
After verifying the accuracy of the data, we will send a statement with a qualified digital signature within 24 business hours, or a notarized statement within 2 business days, in PDF format via email and/or the original via a parcel locker or courier.
