When you purchase this product, you will be scheduled for an appointment at a notary public’s office located near the rented apartment to undergo voluntary enforcement under Article 777(4) of the Code of Civil Procedure
After you place your order, we will ask you to send us the signed short-term lease agreement along with a statement of address. Once you have sent the documents, we will schedule an appointment at the notary’s office at a time that is convenient for you.
*Failure to appear at the notary’s office at the previously scheduled and confirmed time shall be deemed to constitute performance of the service.

Full name of the tenant (a link to this information will be visible on the page you are redirected to after completing your payment; you will also receive it immediately via email). If you are adding an addendum to a short-term lease agreement, please include this information when placing your order.
Waiting for a statement
After verifying the accuracy of the data, we will send a statement with a qualified digital signature within 24 business hours, or a notarized statement within 2 business days, in PDF format via email and/or the original via a parcel locker or courier.
