Sample Short-Term Lease Agreement

3. Address of the rental property—city, street, building number, and apartment number (if renting a unit in a multi-family building), ZIP code
4. The size of the apartment, or if only a room is being rented—please specify that it is a room and state its size
5. What rooms does the property consist of?
6. Start date and end date of the contract
7. To which bank account of the property owner will the rent and security deposit be transferred?
