What's included in the package:

1. First, you fill out the form by entering the required information such as: the first and last name of the owner(s) of the rented property, the exact address of the rented property, and the first and last name of the tenant(s).

2. We send by email a declaration of address signed by our Company, which is the owner of the property.

3. You send us the signed lease agreement to office@najem-okazjonalny.com and propose a date on which you can appear at the Notary’s Office to submit yourself to enforcement. Without a signed agreement, we cannot arrange an appointment with the Notary.

4. We send by email the appointment date with the Notary and ask for confirmation. If you need a sworn translator because you do not understand Polish, you must arrange for them to come to the Notary’s Office at the specified time. The tenant is responsible for arranging and covering the cost.

5. Remember to bring to the Notary the declaration of address and the original signed lease agreement.
